What is Midmart Matchmaker Plan?
It's a new service provided by Midmart Web Development to help you start, promote and make money using a free dating web site.
How does it work?
You may download Midmart Matchmaker Version 2 for free. We can help you with installation and if you need us to, we can host your matchmaker for free as well. After installation, we will show our ads on the top of your matchmaker pages for a short period of time. Meanwhile, we give you personalized search engine optimization consultation. After your site is up and running and you have more members and traffic, we start to show Google Adsense ads on your site and the revenue will be shared between you and us using Google Adsense Revenue Sharing.
What is Midmart Matchmaker 2?
It's a powerful, light-weight, and user friendly matchmaker. It's designed to handle an unlimited number of members. It's a great script for starting a new matchmaker and it's free for members of the Midmart Matchmaker Plan.
What do I need to install Midmart Matchmaker 2?
A Linux hosting account with PHP4 or higher and MySQL 3.2 or higher. Most web hosting plans meet these requirements. We don't recommend using free hosting services.
How easy is the installation?
If you have some experience with installation of PHP scripts, it's quiet easy. Just follow the instructions in the README file.
I'm having trouble installing the script. I followed all of the instructions in the README file but it won't install. Can you help me install it?
Please contact moc.tramdim@erahab. Provide the FTP information (username, password, and host name) and your MySQL information (username, password, host name, and database name). We will install the script on your server within 5 business days. Sorry, we can not install the scrip or help you install it without having your FTP and MySQL access.
I don't have hosting. Can you host the script for me?
Yes. If you have a domain name you may use our free hosting service. If you don't have your own domain name, we can make a sub domain on 1000freedatingsites.com for you, although we strongly recommend you to get a domain name of your own. We will show three (3) ads on matchmaker sites hosted by us instead of one (1) ad. The main topic of your web site should be matchmaking, dating, personals, etc. We can't host sites that contain content that is illegal, pornographic, or otherwise goes against our policies or Google AdSense Program Policies. How can I change the layout of my matchmaker web site?
Midmart Matchmaker 2 has a template system. All HTML files are in the /template directory. You may edit all HTML files and change the color, language, layout etc. You can change error messages and system generated emails too.
Can I add or remove some fields?
You can remove or rename fields by editing the template files. (for example: you can change the "religion" field to "six things that I can't live without"). You can remove any optional field too just by removing them from the template file. But you can't add any new fields.
Can I modify the source code?
No. The source code is encrypted. If you really need to have changes made, please contact moc.tramdim@erahab. We modify the script only for active sites. If your site doesn't have very much traffic, we recommend you keep the script as is.

Why do you give away all of these services for free?
We have been in the web development and programming industry since 1999. Hundreds of copies of our matchmaker script have been purchased and thousands of our free products have been downloaded. We are going to change our business model: Instead of selling a script we want to be your partner. Both parts will benefit from this new system. You will get free script, free installation and support, free hosting, free constant upgrades and custom applications, free SEO. Do you give free hosting, free installation, free SEO consulting, and Google Adsense Revenue Sharing to everyone who downloads Midmart Matchmaker version 2?
Yes, as long as they don't modify the source code or act against our End User License Agreement.
How long do you show your ads on my site for? Why don't you just start showing Google Adsense ads right away?
It will be just for a short time while you are installing, changing the site layout and doing your basic SEO. We need to check your site to find out if it's acceptable by Google Adsense Program Policies or not. Furthermore, it's not a good idea to show Adsense code on a site during the development process because if their crawler visits your site and you don't have your real content ready yet, it will show irrelevant ads on your site until next crawl. It may take several months.
After your site reaches a minimum of 50 average daily page views, we will review your site and will send you an email, asking you to provide us with your Adsense code, or we will ask you to make some changes to your site before we can start showing Adsense ads on your site. You show ads just on the top of my pages. Can I still have more ads on the left, right, or bottom of my pages?
Yes, as long as you do nothing against Google Adsense Program Policies. Please note that if you would like to use our free hosting service, we will show some additional ads on the left or right side of your site.
How much traffic and disk space do I get?
We assign a small amount of traffic and space to your site for the beginning but we expand you traffic and disk space as your needs expand. So you will get unlimited traffic and disk space. Please note that you can use our free hosting only to host Midmart Matchmaker and other related Midmart products.
How can I terminate my matchmaker service?
Just remove your matchmaker or stop using it. There are no obligations.
How long does it take to start showing Google Adsense ads on my website?
As soon as your site starts to get 50 page views or more by average. Depends on your web site quality, content, and how well you promote your site, it may take between few days to several weeks.
If you follow the personalized SEO instructions that we will send to you, your site will get traffic sooner.
What's the "Google Adsense" and where can I register for it?

How much of the Adsense money is mine and how much is yours?
It depends on your site traffic. The more traffic your site gets, the more percentage you will get. Here is the chart:

How much money do I make by running a dating web site?
All dating and matchmaker sites need time to established, find members and get traffic. If you are looking for a way to be millionaire over night, it will not work for you. But if you are patient and you can spend a few hours per week (or better, per day) to improve your site, you will get good results within time. May be you can not make big money, but you can make a continuous average cash flow.
Who pays me? Midmart or Google?
Google. They send you checks or wire the money to your account.
Should I submit a registration form to be part of your plan?
No. By installing and using Midmart Matchmaker 2, we will notice and as soon as you reach 50 page views per day, we will review your site and send you a notification email. Please use your real name and a real email address while downloading.
I have a running matchmaker site. How can I switch to your script?
You can always use our script but we don't guarantee that we can import your existing users to Midmart Matchmaker database.
If you have 2000 daily page views or more, we can try to import your member database to Midmart Matchmaker. If you have more than 5000 daily page views or more, we can offer you our more advanced and powerful product, Midmart Matchmaker 3.
What's your personalized SEO consultation?
We will check your site and give our suggestions and ideas to help you have a better position on search engines, get more traffic and more visitors. Here are some very general and basic SEO tips:
Choose a related domain name. Research for keywords and use them in your website's content.
We suggest you to choose your domain name, content of your site, title and headlines based on your keyword research. Submit your web site in all search engines and directories. Submit your website 100% MANUALLY. Don't use any software or you will get penalties from the search engines. Please don't spam. It's not only unethical, but also you will lose your Adsense account with Google and your matchmaker with us.
There are many dating websites and matchmakers on the internet these days. Try to be special. We recommend you to run a matchmaker for a special group of people. For example limit your dating site to your city or area, specific religion, people with speciaifc jobs, hobbies etc.
What is your free custom application development service?

No. Midmart Matchmaker 2 is offered just as a part of Midmart Matchmaker Plan. However, you can order Midmart Matchmaker 3 as it can be ad-free.
Do you share the user database of all matchmaker sites that participate in this plan?
No. Using our plan you get a real matchmaker with an exclusive user database
of your own. You can export your users to another database or switch to another script at any time without losing your members.
What is the size of ads?
Our ads are text ads and they are 728 x 90 pixels. Google Adsense ads are 728 x 90 pixels and they can be either text or image.
Can I charge my users for a membership/subscription fee?
Unless your site is not really huge (thousands of members) we don't recommend it at all. You can earn more money by running a free popular website and just showing Google Adsense ads. If your site is really large and you think that you can compete with the big guys, as a member of Midmart Matchmaker Plan we will add e-commerce functionality to your site free of charge.
I'm a designer working for a client. Can I install Midmart Matchmaker 2 for my client?
Sure. As long as they know they will be part of Midmart Matchmaker Plan and ads will be shown on their site, it's ok. Please note that you can not remove the link saying "powered by Midmart Matchmaker" either.
